Kingston Gym + Swim is operated by TNRC Pty Ltd and may be restructured, transferred, sold or operated by another entity in the future.

- Honouring memberships or offers

Some service providers may store data overseas (for example, cloud-based systems). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients comply with privacy standards consistent with Australian law.
9. CCTV, Video and Audio Monitoring
Kingston Gym + Swim operates CCTV systems throughout the facility for safety, security, risk management and incident response purposes.
CCTV monitoring may occur in all areas of the facility except bathrooms and enclosed change rooms. This includes gym areas, pool surrounds, sauna and ice bath zones, entry points and shared spaces.
Due to the nature of the facility, CCTV may operate in areas where members are wearing swimwear or minimal attire. Cameras are positioned to prioritise safety and oversight, not personal privacy.
CCTV systems may capture visual and audio recordings, although audio functionality may not be continuously active.
Clear signage is displayed throughout the facility. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to CCTV monitoring.
Recorded footage is stored securely and accessed only when reasonably necessary for lawful purposes such as safety reviews, incident investigation, compliance or insurance matters.
10. Photography and Videography
From time to time, photography or videography may occur within the facility for marketing, promotional or community purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify a staff member. You may also request removal of identifiable images where reasonably possible.
11. Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
We may require verification of identity before processing requests. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Complaints
If you have concerns about how your personal information has been handled, please contact us. We take privacy complaints seriously and will investigate promptly.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
